The apartments sit 300 metres from the shores of Lake Como and 300 metres from the ferry terminal with services to Cernobbio and Moltrasio. The Como-Brunate cable car is 800 metres away, providing access to the mountain above. Both main train stations are within walking distance, and an airport shuttle is available upon request.

Each apartment includes a washing machine in the bathroom and access to a communal tumble dryer on a lower floor. The kitchenette is fitted with a dishwasher and oven, plus a capsule coffee machine. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area are standard in every unit.

Guests can choose from a one-bedroom Apartment, a two-bedroom Apartment, or an Apartment with Terrace. The two-bedroom unit sleeps up to four guests with a double bed and bunk beds. The Apartment with Terrace offers a large outdoor space shared with the adjacent apartment and clear views of the funicular and mountain top.

An airport shuttle can be arranged directly with the host for transfers to and from Milan airports. Parking is available 5 minutes away at €24 per 24 hours. The host meets guests in person for check-in, and a fire extinguisher is provided in each unit.
